in connection with the current situation regarding the COVID-19 virus, we respect government regulations to increase the health protection of our clients and our company's employees, and with effect from 11.01.2021 to 07.02.2021, the Edenred Bratislava branch will provide services during shortened opening hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:30 until 12:00
At the same time, we would like to inform you that we have extended the deadline for clients and partners to return unused tickets with a validity year of 2020 until 31.01.2021.

To submit vouchers, whether you are our client or a partner:
Edenred vouchers can be handed over to us for redemption by sending them in the form of a security letter, courier or in person at the Bratislava branch.
Due to the current pandemic situation, we will ask you to use the first two methods in particular. Partners can continue to use the "Fold and go" service
Vouchers continue to be redeemed within the agreed contractual deadlines. Only the deadline for the return of unused vouchers is valid until the end of 2020. The last day for the return, both for clients and partners, is postponed to 31.01.2021
We want to assure you that we are constantly monitoring the situation, while making operational decisions and solutions so that we can continue to provide full services, especially with regard to protecting the health of our clients and employees.
