Change in the provision of services at the Edenred Bratislava branch

Dear clients and partners,

In connection with the growing use of our electronic ordering system and the increased demand for our other online solutions, we have started to adjust the services of the Edenred Bratislava point of sale. 

We would like to inform you that as of April 30, 04, the operation of the point of sale is terminated Edenred Slovakia, sro, Karadžičova 8, 82015 Bratislava. 


Your orders you can continue to equip us easily and quickly, choose the method that suits you: 

We provide order delivery via postal or courier services with the possibility of cash on delivery.

If you want to return unused vouchers, this can be done by sending a letter of credit or by courier together with a request for credit note.

You can continue to submit vouchers in one of the following ways:

  • in the Metro metro network at the partner service counter. The money will be credited to your Metro card. The service only applies to the reimbursement of Ticket Restaurant® meal vouchers.
  • by mail as a security in value up to 500 €
  • courier as a security in value over 500 €
  • personally Fold and walk service. We have left this service for you
    until further notice between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

We will repay the vouchers to your bank account by standard or expedited transfer according to your requirements. Mark the Fast Transfer shipment with "Fast Transfer".
