How do I create my personal online My Edenred account for the Ticket Restaurant® card?

Your personal you create an online account in the customer zone My Edenred in the User section after clicking on "create account". Enter when creating card serial number (from the back of your card) and activation codewhich you will find at the bottom the cover letter with which the card was delivered to you. If you have already created your personal online account, for example for the Edenred Holiday card, you do not need to create it again for the Ticket Restaurant® card. How do I add a new Ticket Restaurant® card to my existing My Edenred personal online account?

If you give a card restored the same employer, the card will be assigned automatically to your personal online account in the My Edenred customer zone. After logging in to your personal online account click on "MANAGE MY CARDS", then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "ACTIVATE CARD". If you have changed employers and have another card from a new employer, you need to create a new personal online account in the customer zone My Edenred with a new LOGIN NAME. You will need an email address that you have not used in any online Ticket Restaurant® account.

How do I activate my Ticket Restaurant® card?

After creating a personal online account in My Edenred activate the card. To activate karty need my personal number of the employee. If you do not have it, you must request it from your employer before activating the card. After logging in to your account, click on "MANAGE MY CARDS", scroll to the bottom of the page, and then click on "ACTIVATE CARD". Your card will be active at that moment and you can start using it right away. If you have already created your personal online account in My Edenred to the previous card or to any other contactless card from Edenred:

If you give an employer card renewed or gave you another new card from Edenred (e.g. Edenred Holiday card), the card will be automatically assigned to your personal online account in the My Edenred customer zone. It needs to be activated in your personal online account My Edenred. After logging in to your account, click on "MANAGE MY CARDS" and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "ACTIVATE CARD".

If you have changed employers and have another card from a new employer, you need to create a new personal online account in the customer zone My Edenred with a new LOGIN NAME. You will need an email address that you have not used in any online Ticket Restaurant® account.

How do I log in to the Edenred Benefity mobile app?

To the Edenred Benefity mobile application you log in using the credentials you used to create personal account in the My Edenred customer zone. The login name is the e-mail address and password you will use with the one you entered during registration. If you do not remember your password, you can reset your password via the "Forgot your password?" Option.

I received a new Ticket Restaurant® card, can I use it again in the Edenred Benefity mobile application?

Yes, it is possible. If you give a card restored the same employer, the card will be assigned automatically to the Edenred Benefity mobile application. If you have changed employers and have another card from a new employer, you need to create a new personal online account in the customer zone My Edenred with a new LOGIN NAME. You will need an email address that you have not used in any online Ticket Restaurant® account. Then log in to the Edenred Benefity mobile application using the new login information you used to create a new personal account in the My Edenred customer zone.

Where can I find my PIN code for the Ticket Restaurant® card?

Your PIN code you view in the Edenred Benefity mobile app or in your personal My Edenred online account.  Na PIN code display in your personal My Edenred online account go to the "Manage My Cards" section under "My Cards" and click on "PIN" to view the code". Then follow the instructions to verify your card. You enter the password to log in to your online account and the CVC2 code from the back of the card. The CVC2 code is a three-digit code on the back of the card. The PIN code is then displayed number by number several times in succession.

Where can I change my Ticket Restaurant® PIN?

If you have a contactless card, predefined The PIN code can be changed free of charge at any ATM that supports this service. They are ATMs e.g. Tatra banka, VÚB, ČSOB, UniCredit Bank ... If you own a magnetic stripe card, it is necessary to call the infoline number 02/5262 7777 and select the option "CHANGE PIN". To do this, you need to know your card number (the number on the front of the card) and the existing PIN code.

What happens if I enter the wrong PIN several times in a row when paying with a Ticket Restaurant® card?

If you enter an incorrect PIN code 3 times in a row during payment, the card will be temporarily blocked. It will automatically unlock after 24 hours and can be used again.

Where can I pay with the Ticket Restaurant® card?

I want to use mobile payments with Ticket Restaurant®, how do I do that?

In the case of mobile payments via Apple Pay you need to register an activated Ticket Restaurant® card in the Apple Wallet mobile application. For more information on how to proceed, see www.edenred.sk/apple-pay/.

For payments via Google PayTM you need to register an activated Ticket Restaurant® card in the Google Pay mobile applicationTM. For more information on how to proceed, see www.edenred.sk/lp/google-pay/.

For payments via SMS it is necessary to register an already activated Ticket Restaurant® card for mobile payments on www.mobiplatby.sk/trkarta.

I have received a new Ticket Restaurant® card and I want to continue using it for mobile payments via Apple Pay, Google PayTM or SMS. How should I do that?

In the case of mobile payments via Apple Pay the original Ticket Restaurant card is required® uninstall from the application first and then re-register a new, already activated card in the application.

For payments via Google PayTM the original Ticket Restaurant card is required® uninstall from the application first and then re-register a new, already activated card in the application.

Minimum value of one payment via the Contact Restaurant contact meal card®  with magnetic tape is at a height of 2,50 €. Minimum value of one payment via the contactless Ticket Restaurant meal card® with a chip or via mobile payment via Apple Pay, Google Pay or via SMS is at a height of € 3,83.

What is the maximum payment with a Ticket Restaurant® card?

Maximum value of payments via the Ticket Restaurant® meal card or via mobile payment via Apple Pay, Google Pay or via SMS is € 90/day. The maximum value of one contactless payment without entering a PIN (applies only to contactless cards) is € 50. For contactless payment over 50 € it is necessary to enter the PIN code.

Why didn't I receive a Ticket Restaurant® payment?

It could have happened that

  1. You have your card forgot to activate.
  2. You entered incorrect PIN code.
  3. You do not have enough credit on the map.
  4. trafficin which you tried to pay by card is not ours acceptance point.
  5. Your card payment was in a value lower than 2,50 € (applies to contact cards with magnetic tape) or less than 3,83 € (applies to contactless cards and payments via mobile applications Apple Pay, Google Pay or payments via SMS) or higher than 90 €.

How to proceed if there is a problem with payment by Ticket Restaurant® card?

Payment via POS terminal or Payment gateway

In case of incorrectly made or duplicate payment via POS terminal or Payment gateway (payment gateway is a direct payment through the merchant's website):
1) Contact our customer service by e-mail at informacie-sk@edenred.sk.
2) Enter the 10-digit serial number of your card listed on the back of the message, enclose a copy of the cash register block from the store where you made the payment, and proof from the POS terminal that the transaction was rejected.
3) Our staff will verify and confirm whether the payment has actually been made. We will confirm the payment by e-mail to the executed payment and enclose an overview of transactions from your card as a document for the merchant.
4) Then contact the merchant from whom you made the payment and submit a confirmation.
5) The Merchant is obliged to perform an action at the POS terminal (cancellation of payment - return of payment) and ensure the return of the claimed amount back to your Ticket Restaurant® meal card.
6) The Merchant is obliged to return the financial amount only to the Ticket Resturant® boarding card from which the payment was made.

Payment via mobile phone via SMS

In case of incorrectly made or duplicate payment via mobile via SMS the same procedure applies as for payment by Ticket Restaurant® card.

When paying with a Ticket Restaurant® card, can a merchant ask me to present him with proof of identity and sign a confirmation beforehand?

Yes, the merchant may ask you to present proof of identity before accepting payment via the Ticket Restaurant card®, for security reasons. It may also prompt you to sign a receipt to compare the specimen signature on the back of the card. If you refuse to present proof of identity, signing the receipt or signature on the confirmation does not match the specimen signature on your Ticket Restaurant card®, the merchant is entitled to a Ticket Restaurant card® detain and subsequently hand over Ticket Service, sro without undue delay

What should I do if I lose my Ticket Restaurant® card or steal it from me?

If a Ticket Restaurant meal card® you lose or have been stolen or you think it has been used without your knowledge, it needs to be blocked.

In case you have created your personal online account My Edenred, in the "Manage My Cards" section of the "My Cards" section, click "Block Card" to block the card.

The card can also be blocked via mobile Edenred Benefity application.

If you have not created your personal online account, contact our customer service at the telephone number 02 / 5070 7333.

Please note that this card blocking is final and you will need to be issued a new card Ticket restaurant®. Therefore, inform your employer immediately if the card is blocked.
If you have not yet created an Internet account or do not remember your card number, ask your employer to contact Ticket Service, sro, request to block the card and subsequently to issue your new Ticket Restaurant card®.

How long is my Ticket Restaurant® card valid?

The validity of your card is indicated on the front (valid thru) in the format month / year of validity. The card is valid until the last calendar day in the month of the year stated on the card. Before the card expires, your employer, in cooperation with Ticket Service, sro, will ensure its automatic exchange.

What should I do with the old Ticket Restaurant® card when I get a new one?

From the point of view of security, it is necessary to physically destroy the original card. All you have to do is cut it into two or three parts and then throw it in the plastic trash.

How long do I have to spend money on the Ticket Restaurant® card?

Funds credited by 30 September must be spent by the end of the calendar year (always by 31 December) and funds credited after 01 October are valid until 31 December of the following calendar year.

What is the minimum value of the meal allowance?

From 1 July 2019, the value of the employer's meal allowance must be at least € 3,83 (75% of € 5,10) / working day.

Are employees entitled to a meal allowance during holidays, PN and holidays?

During holidays, PN, an obstacle at work lasting more than 4 hours and a holiday, the employer gives a meal allowance only if it is enshrined in a collective agreement or internal directive. Otherwise, it is an expense beyond the scope of the Labor Code; for the purposes of the Income Tax Act, such an expense cannot be considered a tax expense for the employer and represents a taxable income for the employee.

Who can charge my Ticket Restaurant® card?

Request to top up your Ticket Restaurant Card® can only be entered by your employer. Also, information on the status of the credit order can only be provided to your employer.

I can withdraw cash from an ATM with the Ticket Restaurant® card, resp. to exchange her balance for cash?

Map Ticket Restaurant® it cannot be used to withdraw cash at an ATM, nor can the available balance on the card be exchanged for cash.

What is the difference between a contactless card and a Ticket Restaurant® magnetic stripe card?

If you have a contactless card:
No need to enter a PIN code * up to € 50 in one contactless payment. You will find it on the front of the card 16-digit card number, chip and contactless payment sign. On the back of the card is Mastercard logo. Contactless card allows you to pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay via SMS.

According to the new legislation valid from 14 September 9, depending on the settings of the electronic payment system on the part of merchants, a PIN code * may be required more often, namely:

- after every 5th payment less than 50 € *

- if the total amount of payments up to € 50, regardless of their number, exceeds € 150 *.

If you have a magnetic stripe card:
A magnetic strip must be applied for each payment (black stripe on the back of the card) via the terminal reader and enter the PIN code. The front is just 19-digit card number and the Maestro logo on the back of the card.

Why does the card in my online account have a different serial number than I see on the card?

For security reasons, only the first 10 digits are listed on the card, while you see the entire 12-digit number in your online account. Therefore, it may appear to be a different card number.

How do I activate my Ticket Restaurant® card if I do not use the internet and do not have an e-mail address?

You can activate the Ticket Restaurant® card on the telephone number 02/5262 7777 by entering option 1, then it is necessary to enter the 16-digit number from the front of the card and the activation code. It is necessary to wait for the call to end, as at the end of the call the machine will send you the PIN code to the Ticket Restaurant® card.

Are employees entitled to vouchers during holidays, obstacles at work lasting more than 4 hours, PN and holidays?

What about tickets after they expire?

Meal tickets are valuable with a number of security features to increase their safety. Vouchers valid for a given year are issued from 1 October of the previous calendar year a are valid until 31 December of the given calendar year. The vouchers are therefore always valid for only 12 months. We therefore recommend that you spend them on an ongoing basis. Unused vouchers can only be returned by your employerwhich provided them to you at any time during their period of validity, but no later than 20 January of the year following their expiry.

Is it necessary to hand over the residence permit to the employer?

No, you do not have to hand over your invoice for the stay to the employer after the end of the recreation. After the end of the recreation, you are obliged to make a declaration of the use of the holiday voucher.

How do I write a solemn declaration after the recreation ends?

What happens if I do not submit a solemn declaration to the employer after the end of the recreation?

The employee is obliged to hand over after the recreation paid for by the holiday voucher the employer a solemn declaration on the use of the holiday voucher. If he fails to do so, the employer is entitled to deduct from his salary the entire value of the advance provided to him for recreation.

What should I do if I have to cancel my recreation?

If you cancel your recreation, contact the merchant from whom you ordered the recreation. The merchant cancels the payment and returns it to the Edenred Holiday card from which the payment was made. However, the merchant has the right to charge a cancellation fee according to the contract you have concluded with him for the stay. This cancellation fee will then be deducted in full from your salary by your employer.

What is e-Ticket®?

E-Ticket® is an electronic type of gift card and is one of the fastest ways to draw a benefit. The E-Ticket® contains a 6-digit code and is valid for 3 months from ordering. The e-Ticket® gift card is non-transferable. Payment with the e-Ticket® is only possible in the selected store in which you ordered the voucher. Before paying for the service or goods, inform the employees of the operation about the payment via e-Ticket®. The partner verifies the payment via the Internet. If the expenditure is higher than the value stated on the e-Ticket®, you can pay the remaining amount according to the payment options of the given operation (cash, payment card).

How do I order an e-Ticket®?

In the list of results, you select one operation in which you want to apply e-Ticket®. Then click on "Show detail". Before the end of the order, find out the exact price of the service or goods you want to buy from the selected provider. Then select the e-Ticket® image at the bottom of the provider detail, click on the image and enter the found price in the field "Value". Then add to the cart and end the order by clicking on the button "Binding order". After completing the order, the e-Ticket® code will be displayed, which you must use to prove yourself in the selected operation. Information about the operation and code of the e-Ticket® will also be sent to your e-mail.

After the expiration, it is no longer possible to extend the validity of the e-Ticket®. The e-Ticket® voucher is valid for 3 months from the order.   2. After redirecting it is possible to shop only from the categories Travel, Relax, Sport, Accommodation and Health.
